Here we aim to answer some of the most common questions asked by our customers, we try out very best to ensure the best purchasing experience when it comes to CD keys.

The cd key is the serial number or product code which is a combination of letters and numbers that activates a product, normally found on a sticker inside the game’s case or printed on the game’s quick reference card. The purchased CD Key is used to register and activate the relevant game. Depending on the product, we provide this in the form of a scan of the code or the actual code in text format.

Our unique and self-developed CD key delivery system, allows for instant and automatic allocation of CD keys. Once the customer makes payment and passes the fraud checks the CD key will be made available on their account and relevant email account, this enables our customers to experience fast and efficient self-service – whenever they want.

To protect against fraud we occasionally hold orders, if this happens you will receive the following message: “As part of our standard security measures, orders are routinely selected for review to ensure the safety of our site. Your order will be reviewed by one of our agents.” Your order will manually be checked by one of our agents and should be cleared within approximately 1 hour, if we require any further information we will contact you via email.

We can ensure that we have implemented the highest level of security, all credit/debit card information isn’t stored by us, but stored by Stripe payment processing.

Our CD key allocation system does not auto-generate cd keys. It simply stores CD keys either in the form of a scan or text and then automatically allocates it to customers when a purchase has been approved.
